House Tour #1
House Tour #2
Framing Inspection expected week of September 28th (please, please, please!).
Then we move into Phase 5 - insulation, drywall, painting and flooring!  Yee-ha!
Phase 4 - Mechanical Installation
Yes - it's been awhile since we've updated the site (sorry about that).  As you can
imagine - it's been overly hectic!  Working 8 hours for work, then another 4 to 8 to
12 hours for the house can tend to eat up all the hours in the day, especially when it's
back to back with no weekends off!  Ok, enough of my whining!  Alot has been
accomplished since the structure was installed.  We've secured the house with huge
anchor bolts, giant roof truss bolts, begun roofing, completed the water piping (hard
& soft sepaeration, plus hot circulation), gas line, purchased the house flooring
(hardwood and tile), installed bathroom fans & vents, electrical rough-in, Internet (Cat
5 & 6), IDF closet, fireplace, venting of oven, gable vents, roof turbine vents, tub
placement and the all-import front door and windows installation.
Sheez....someone
please bring me a 12-pack of Mike's Lemonaide!!!
Nice plumbing work @ the water softener!
